| I located it to be used on a white tile 2x2 in set 266.
I'm sorting out a lot and find 3 of the same sticker on a yellow tile.
There a few mistakes stickers on wrong bricks - that's why I womder.

| I just received an order, and every item that was ordered shows up as two lines
with the exact same number of items ordered and the exact same number of items
remaining in my inventory (partial image below). The total number of items (136)
at the bottom adds up to the sum of all the lines, including the duplicates.
This seems to be a problem, as it indicates I have twice as many items available.
However, when I check my inventory, it matches a single line, not the sum of
the two lines. For example, I had 38 black technic axles, and the buyer appears
to have ordered 2x17=34, but my inventory says I still have 21 left. The total
cost of the order amounts to all the items, including the duplicates. Anyone
else ever have this issue?

| Hi all, not sure if this is normal (as I'm writing this it occurs to me that
it probably is), but I got a Login from new device email today (yes I logged
in, but it was the same browser I always use) the email came through about an
hour after I logged in and the time stated in the email was also about an hour
after I logged in.
It's more so the time in the email that says when the new log in was detected
that has me concerned ( I know emails can take a while to come through).
The time discrepancy could be due to time zones (email time is in UTC and I am
AEST).
What does everyone think about this?

| My friend cannot log into her account. It kept telling her invalid email or password
and when she went to reset her password by using the email she signed up with.
It would claim that the email address doesn’t exist. She recently created a new
account with the exact same username password and email but all of the saved
lists of all of her set inventories are gone. She has spent days counting individual
pieces, and now she cannot log into her account to retrieve them.

| Hello,
I'm here since 2007, it makes 17 happy years on bricklink for me and it's
a site I use daily.
I want to say that I also wrote several LEGO books and dedicated one to the late
Dan Jezek, who in my opinion built this site with an ethical view in his mind.
But there's one thing I always have problems, because now I would really
like to leave a negative feedback and I feel my hands are tied.
This user, you can look within his feedbacks, is at his second attempt to get
money from sellers for factitious reasons. He was passive-aggressive and tried
to extort me money. When I refused only because I know PayPal's TOS, this
user tried to trick me into giving him back all the shipping costs.
The last message he wrote me, as you can see, is something that should NOT be
tolerable on this platform. Though what he says, I have never ever insulted a
bricklink user in my life, I have never told a single lie, and being insulted
this way is something that should never be accepted here.
I believe bricklink should have a "report" button when an user says such
infamous things to another user.
Here we trade bricks, things that should carry happyness and joy.
I just sell stuff to buy more LEGO for myself, I am not a professional, still
I try to act in the most professional way I can.
But users like this and the fact they can pasture here on bricklink because if
I leave him a negative he will retaliate and this is more a damage for me than
for him... it's something that saddens me.
I suggest you to block this user as I did, and forgive me for my rant, I hope
this reaches to the mod team and they can start thinking something about this.
Like, for example, I would be very happy if they prevented such user to leave
me a feedback, so that I can leave a negative with no second thoughts.

today something very bad happened.
An user made me an order, paid, and I shipped it.
Out of 233 parts, he declared that 1 was incorrect and 5 missing.
I went on my shop to see if I could reship the missing/wrong items but to my
surprise, none of them were available.
I don't want problems, so for a few bucks, I refunded those parts.
Probably, this buyer saw me weak because he then became demanding.
- I'm not happy with the refund. Either you send me half the shipping price
as a compensation, or I will cancel the entire order and ship it back on your
behalf.
Once noted that PayPal states that though he's entitled to, it's on HIS
behalf it became.
- No it's on your behalf. If before I said that I was ok with half shipping
price, now it's full shipping price, or I will cancel the order and open
a claim as "not as described".
I remarked that the parts not as described were refunded, but he said that he
was not needing the order as a whole.
I then went on his feedback profile and see that he already tried this trick
before. A seller paid him to ship the order back, and he never did.
Can we do something in these cases, or are we totally powerless?
I'm not speaking about the PayPal claim, I know I will win it.
But is there a way to defend ourselves from this kind of users?

| I have seen a few discussions on getting the 6 month average for a store's
inventory using BrickStore but my quesiton is different (I think) from the discussions
I have seen.
I am looking to upload new stock using XML and want to automtically set these
products to the 6 onth average. FIrstly i gues is it possbile to do this with
BrickStore automatically. I havent found a way but I'm certainly no expert.
My option was to try and download all parts with the 6 month average and the
join them together to populate the XML.
Are either of these possible via Bricklink, BrickStore or any other tool?

| Hey guys. Not sure where else to post this query, but has anyone noticed that
"Nougat Arms" left and right are actually orange? Is this a known issue?
In one photo on the catalog they look orange. When you click the photo, they
look Nougat. I placed an order recently from a fellow Canuck, and received arms
that definitely looked more orange than nougat. Is this a known issue?
I've illustrated the issue with this crappy photo, but you see what I'm
getting at.

| Over a month ago, Bricklink blocked us from their website, because we were taking
statistical data from the store ranking list to put on our personal excel spreadsheets.
We have sent multiple emails to Bricklink, asking to resolve this issue and
we have yet to receive any replies to our requests. Also, our service provider
cannot change our IP address and resetting our router also does not change our
IP. We need this resolved soon. Does anyone know how we can contact Bricklink
by phone, or how we can fix this problem?

Firstly, I apologize for the trouble.
I added a Set by mistake to "parts" , and I was hoping someone could
delete all the parts so it's not counting them in my parts inventory? The
8 sets in My Collection are correct, just not all the parts from the Space set.

| For both items shown, the bulk quantity should be x4
The buyer completed the purchase correctly, but BL screwed up the display for
the bulk of the second item. I have never seen this error before now.

My second BL glitch in 48 hours. The other one was an order item that my records
and my BL emails prove I sold about 6 weeks ago, but appeared in a new order.
I know it's an error listing because the Retain Lots was NOT enabled and
pretty much 100 percent of my inventory items have Retain Lots turned ON.

I would need some helo please.
Is there by chance a possibility to change more remarks in the store inventory
at once?
For example, the remark "box 1" (50 lots) needs to become "box 100".
So I am not willing to change one by one these 50 remarks. This will take me
ages to do so for the whole inventory (nearly 19k lots)...
Can I change the 50x remark "box 1" to "box 100" at once?

| Hi all, I'm not too sure what to make of this.
I just turned my computer on today, opened my browser (chrome with tabs open
including bricklink tabs which I was signed into upon closing my browser) and
I got an email from bricklink (blservice@bricklink.com) with the one time code
thing just wondering if this could be cause for alarm, or I think its more
likely a random occurance or something similar.
I think it was sent due to me opening my browser with bricklink tabs open, or
could it be something to do with BLS manager (I only got it a few days ago to
see if i can use it to download my Brick Owl store orders to Brickstore).
I'm hoping its not a sign of a security issue.

| Hello everyone. On 15th of March i ordered some lego pieces together with a set
from a seller. He said that my order should arrive in 2-4 days. The track ID
was not provided and he informed me about it at the start. Once the 4 days passed,
my package didn’t arrive, and the seller told me to be patient. One month has
passed and no sound of the package. Did I get scammed?? I’m very furious and
the seller says that he can’t help me from then on. What the hell am I supposed
to do?He said that there is no receipt whatsoever because there was no track
ID in the first place.

If you have an XML and there are items in that xml that not found can you upload
regardless and ignore the incorrect parts?
For some reason a Moc I purchased must have either an old colour or part number
and it blocks the import, I can edit the xml but curios if there is a simple
tick box option?

| Wondering if anyone can help me to setup or check my option for Open Orders please.
I'm a new seller, and believe I've setup the option for buyers to place
an Open Order. I did this from a shared shipping option I copied.
I have a buyer (who is very patient!) who has created an open order. He added
some parts which showed as Batch 1. He added more parts which appeared in the
same Order number as Batch 2. So far so good.
At this stage the Order Status changed to "Updated". I assume this was
done automatically.
The buyer then added more parts, but they didn't appear in that open order.
Instead a whole new order number was created. The status of that new order
is "Pending".
So I'm not sure if this is some strange glitch that hasn't added another
batch to the already open order, or if this is something I haven't setup
correctly. The Buyer would now like to complete his order(s). What do I/we
do?
1: Is there a way to cancel the 2nd order and fix some setting so that when
he re-adds the part it is added to the original order.
2: Do I just send two invoices for the two orders with a total value that covers
the shipping as a single package?

| I've noticed that sometimes the prices in NOK are not sorted correctly (price
low high)
In the two screenshots it looks like one shop is pricing in EUR and that price
is converted to NOK and is sorted correctly. The other looks like it's pricing
in NOK, which is converted in EUR and is sorted incorrectly. Exchange rates are
the same 0.9911.63 is same as 2.3527.50
I have only noticed this behaviour with shop's from Norway. Why is this?

| So I was looking at some fan-made stud.io instructions for a few builds I've
been looking to do. Thing is, these builds have a fair few pieces that would
take quite a lot of time to search and add to a wishlist manually. But as I was
looking through some discussion on reddit, I saw someone mention something about
using a stud.io file to find all the needed parts, or something like that?

I do not have enough words to express my frustration about this.
There is no ticket system, no ticket reference, not even an option to see the
ticket I logged, no option to follow up. Just absolutely nothing, and this place
is owned by Lego.
Baffling is an understatement.

| Hi All
Just had a buyer contact me this morning after not receiving a £9 minifigure
order that was placed on April 5th. The postage option chosen by the buyer was
a standard 1st class large letter, Postage was paid for and label printed using
the Click and collect Royal Mail service and posted that same evening.
I have sent other parcels since then and have had those orders completed by those
buyers so I know the postbox I used has been visited by the Royal Mail.
I’ve asked the buyer to wait another week and see if anything arrives and in
the meantime I will do some research into what the next steps are.
What is the correct course of action as a seller ? Do I need to refund the buyer
even though they picked a non signed for option for post ? I have no reason to
believe the buyer is not telling the truth but also I’m going to be out £11 if
I have to refund even though I processed the order and paid the postage and sent
it ?
Don’t want to get negative feedback from the buyer if I argue the refund.

| While working on my Wanted Lists a few minutes ago through the Add to Wanted
List pop-up from a catalog page, I went back to edit a second time, and the first
edit hadn't saved. Trying repeatedly, it refuses to save any edit to the
Qty or Max Price or Comments of any item already on the Wanted List. Looking
at the work I've done, the issue only seems to have been happening for 15-30
minutes.
Going to the actual Wanted List and attempting to manually edit items also fails,
resulting in the page refusing to save and getting a red error pop-up stating
"Only one item/color combination is allowed per Wanted List" despite
the fact that there is only one, and I'm simply attempting to edit it.
I can only edit a Wanted List item by deleting it and re-adding it, which is
extremely inconvenient. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

| I’m new to the custom Lego builds and am learning how the community operates.
I’m building the Naboo starfighter and used the auto order function to match
me with sellers.
Most of the orders shipped but one was talking a while and when it shipped they
refunded me for 2 pieces they didn’t have. All fine so far.
But it’s really hard to just order two pieces due to minimum order requirements
and overpaying for shipping.
Is there a way to tell the sellers not to complete the order if you can’t complete
the whole order?
Also the seller is highly rated
Any advice or past experiences would help. Thanks!!

| Hello,
the “Apply Order” function in the Wanted list does not work correctly.
It is possible to select a suitable order using the "Apply Order" button
and then determine how many parts I would like to take over, but I cannot complete
the process using "Apply to List". So I can press the button but nothing
happens.
I have the problem with both Safari on MacOS and Google Chrome on Windows 10
as well as on the iPhone. Is there a problem with my account?

| So my customer wanted a full refund for the box not being in pristine condition.
Eventually I agreed to a refund and the weight is about 200 grams more than the
advertised weight of the item, tantive 4, which is supposed to weigh 2.4 kg.
Mine weighs 2.6 kg. Wondering if they took out the minifigs and added counterweights
or something? Seals look fine to me.

| Hello all,
I was wondering how you insure your collections. My collection is worth a substantial
amount of money, and we get a lot of fires in our area. I spoke to our current
company that we have home, auto and pet insurance through; and they said they
don't do that. They said I would want to look into Inland Marine insurance,
and that wasn't correct.
How do you insure yours? Who do you go through? Does it fall in to another category
of some kind?
I'm not getting answers on my end, and would appreciate any advice you could
offer.

| i bought an order in January the status of it in the tracking page has been
"shipment is ready for transport to the country of destination" since
January 20th I contacted seller about it multiple times he said he will start
an investigation that was a month ago (february 21st) i contacted the seller
about it a week ago he read the messages but didnt respond at this point i just

| I woke to two separate messages from buyers who both say that they can’t check
out, and are receiving an error message saying “Items do not fit in the package”.

| Hello,
While browsing stores I like clicking on items to go to the part ID page to check
colors and prices.
Now there is a long "Report this Listing" link at the very most top right
of every lot next to the item ID.
It takes up a ton of space and I keep accidentally clicking on it, as the top
right is usually where the part ID is, and on user interfaces, is never where
a report button is.
I did not see any options in my settings to remove the link. I don't want
to see the link on every unique store lot I click on. I have reported maybe 1
thing in nearly 20 years.
Is there a way to remove this link? I know how to report if I need to. I don't
need it to be the largest link at all times, it is in the way constantly, as
I'm used to that spot being the actual item I want to see details on not
a "Report" button.

voorbeeld is niet correct de verhoudingen zijn scheef gekopieerd waardoor hier
niet mee kunt werken.
Wij hebben dit ook al bij Lego nagevraagd maar zij hadden dit niet in voorraad
en konden mij ook niet zeggen uit welke set dit had gezeten, Lego gaf mij via
de mail aan dat wij dit moesten vragen bij Bricklink. Hieronder het A4 uitdraai
van de sjabloon, kan of is er iemand die deze sjabloon in zijn bezit heeft en
genegen is om een kopie toe te kunnen zenden.

I've been a member for a long time but took a break. When did they stop putting
tracking numbers on our orders? Honestly, it's better to have them. Proves
they shipped the package and lets the buyers know when to expect them. Avoids
porch pirates also.

| Hello,
I have my own store and I am wondering how I can charge customers for buying
more than 20 lots. Because it takes me so much time to collect the order, I think
it would be fair to base the fee on the amount of lots that are being bought.
How I would like to do it is this:
Every 20 lots = 1 euro extra packing fee.
Could someone help me with this and explain to me how I can set this up in my
store the most efficient way? Also, is there the possibility to let this go automatically?

| Hi there! I've be pretty peeved by some of the new rules and instructions
for BrickLink. I can't view the instructions for a build unless it is not
related to a licensed brand or product. this goes for the same on Moc page on

| About a week or so ago I changed the image for item 850258 by submitting
the same image, but color-corrected by me. After they eventually did change to
the color-corrected image, it still lists the image submitter as 'Mbsteinekiste'.
It says in the rules that color-corrected images are allowed, but it doesn't
say whether or not they keep the original submitter's username. Is keeping
it on purpose?

| Hi all -
I recently purchased plans from Plane Bricks for its new B-17. It’s made in
light bluish grey along with yellow accent markings.
After watching the brilliant “Masters of the Air” Apple TV series, I want to
build it in metallic silver or olive green. Do you know of a simple way to recolor
any visible parts to the original colors en masse (realizing that all of the
pieces might not even be available in those colors).
I tried uploading a wanted list in Bricklink then moving it into Rebrickable
where you can swap colors (if you have a pro subscription) on MOCs you have purchased.
But this is not a purchased MOC from Rebrickable so that function does not work.
Any suggestions on how to do this? It could be a very manual process and it’s
also difficult to determine which parts are even visible in the MOC without building
it first.

3 weeks ago I messaged an overseas seller's store to ask if I could have
an approximate cost for shipping an item to Australia, as shipping to here can
sometimes cost more than the item being purchased.
The seller still hasn't read my message. Am I doing something wrong?
Usually I would request a quote, but the seller did not have that option, so
I messaged the store, because the seller doesn't want to be contacted.
Does the seller just ignore messages relating to shipping cost, as they don't
want to waste time trying to find the cost of shipping unless they know I'm
going to buy, or do they not check their store messages?
I would appreciate any help.

I do not understand Bricklink.
In Germany, but also in Europe, we have the so-called "right of withdrawal".
This also applies to all commercial dealers in Germany who sell on Bricklink.
I revoked a purchase contract, sent the goods back and was immediately refunded
the money by the retailer via the original payment method (Paypal).
The retailer has now opened a "Non-Paying Buyer Alert".
I don't understand the system here, are you penalized on Bricklink and banned
after the third revocation?
Is this platform not adapted to European law?
Can you please explain to me whether I am misunderstanding this or how it works
here on Bricklink works?
