While a store is closed, a banner with the number of minutes left is displayed to a buyer in the detail screen and shopping cart. Here is an example: http://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=19&q=close And if you don't see this banner because you haven't added any items in this stores cart in a while then what. I was only notified that the store was closed when I went to checkout of that store, and my cart was lost. I emailed the seller and he reopened but the cart was lost. Thus I had to go through 12-15K parts to figure out what was missing. I know better now, and this was the only time it ever happened to me, In a perfect world 1 store would have all the items I am looking for. Jill
