Simple: PayPal's TOS about buyer returning items at their own expense doesn't
override EU law

So you are saying basically that PayPal is against the law?

I'm saying that the law takes precedence over PayPal's TOS (and PayPal
will tell you the same thing).

[...] Actually, they did say the opposite. They said that if the buyer wanted to return the goods, that was at their own expenses. And this is not the first time it happens.
