Even if the buyer says they got their order and are happy it still is no reason then up to the seller to mark it as complete. Those orders would then just fall into the same category as the other ~50% of orders that would be in the exact same circumstance aside for the message. And on the flip side letting the seller mark it as complete can make things much more difficult for buyers. Just like a buyer can’t change the order status from paid to shipped the seller should not be allowed to change it from shipped to completed
