Can’t you just contact the store? Also, if a seller wants to do that, they could remove their min buy and put a fee for small orders instead. They could even make custom, weihtless items for that: “PDF instructions for charity X” and give instructions for a very simple model.  It could even be a real model related to the charity. A lot of effort for a single store to make, when the feature could just be "in the platform" for the seller to use (if they want to). Besides: you would need a lot of items for various prices to complete the gap.
