Currently, BL messages sent to Admin are NOT copied to the sender's email
or BL message inbox like they are for messages sent to every other BL member.
Many messages sent to Admin are rather important or may need some follow-up.
So I don't understand why the sender does not receive a copy for his records
and reference purposes.
Please copy all messages to Admin both to the sender's email and BL message
inbox. Or at least put a checkbox asking the sender if they want a copy. The
same checkbox that is on every other BL message draft to every other BL member.
Also, why are BL messages to Admin not previewable? You draft a message and it
is sent right away with no chance to preview it for errors. Please make messages
to Admin previewable just like messages are for every other BL member.
Did you send a message and try out the new help desk system? (URL) Get an auto response and a ticket? I have not had a need/desire to send a message but have been wondering [...] (124 months ago, Mar 18, 2014, to Suggestions)
