A big part of completing a set is to find the missing parts and minifigs, that can take a while even on BrickLink, due to the movement of individual lots as supply and demand work to move them in and out of store inventories. If you're looking at a set on ebay that has sealed bags, it's better to ask the seller for more pics of them so that you can more accurately identify whether there are pieces or minifigs missing that will have to be purchased to complete it. It's a tough call to buy an incomplete set anywhere nowadays, you never know if you'll complete the entire set until you get that last piece. Cheers ... ghyde
