Dark blue is another colour that is brittle - although, tbf I don't recall having any db breakages. The real brittle ones can just crumble in your fingers without any stress. I am currently in the process of disassembling that exact same set. Thus far, nothing has shattered. Hoping the quarter cylinders survive this process.
