I charge the actual paypal fee too. Not because I like an extra line on my invoice
but because I think it's fair to those buyers paying by bank transfer.
If yu don't charge a paypal fee, it means the fee is in your brick prices.
So if a buyer pays by bank tranfer, he's actually overpaying.
Just my 2 cts. But I know other have a different opinion about it.

The French law I talked about (forbidding charging fees) allows the seller to
give a discount for using a given payment method (provided it’s clearly stated
before). And I have the naive idea that giving a discount is more appealing that
not charging an extra fee. At least it is to me.
(But, yes, your prices will show higher….)
