I have left feedback with them already but haven't received anything back, we are still a fairly small operation, but I am confident that I am doing a great job in quickly getting orders out and packaging contents safely and well so just wondering if I need to be more bold about how I approach receiving praise from others because it would help our store greatly! None of the above, Samantha I once read here in the same forum, reply to a similar yet still common concern hereabouts. It went something like "Are you here for the feedback or sales?" Never offered reply myself at the time, to what was an obvious provocative postulation. Maybe you'd like take this opportunity to answer that probative question yourself? If not aloud here, maybe quietly within your own thoughts ~popsicle
