Hi! I notice that it depends on which way the wind is blowing to get feedback. There are a few things you can do, though. Ensure your orders are complete and correct (obviously), try and respond in a timely manner, try and ship as quickly as possible (people love it), package items well, use good customer service techniques (I researched some things online about it and got some great ideas on how to approach problem solving etc.), keep your pricing as transparent as possible. All of these things I'm sure you are already doing. I notice people who have had really bad service previously are more likely to give good reviews for good service, but we have no control over that. I'm currently sitting at 50% as well. I am baffled that some sellers I have bought from did not give me positive feedback as well, not sure what I could have done differently as a buyer haha.
