Hi, I'm new to Bricklink, my frist order turned out to be a NSS whatever thst is. I have uet to get my money back. Now, I've just received a compliant from a seller for not proceeding with an order which they changed after saying in am email theyd honour an invoice they sent to me for less then they were asking. No, now thank you Bricklink. Not cool. I wish to make a complaint to Bricklink for these experiences.These rules and obligstions are not clear enough for first time users of bricklink.
