You should file PayPal claims or a chargeback with your bank if you receive something that isn't as described or not what you paid for; you should also file NSS complaints (non-shipping seller) if the seller does not make things right and isn't responding, as that's the way stores get shut down (3 strikes and they're banned) Never pay for orders through methods that don't have payment protection to ensure you'll get your money back
