Check if you've enough of this currency in your PayPal account. Check also on PayPal if it's not already refunded; it happened to me I refunded twice after the first was said "error" but was processed on PayPal anyway...

Thanks Have tried all those. I might have changed PayPal accounts after this sale (location issue), could BrickLink be trying to link to the old merchant ID? (2 months ago, Mar 31, 2024, to Technical Issues)
