I shipped the wrong parts to a buyer and trying to issue a refund for the cost of the parts he paid for. A mix up between two orders, so I can't replace. But I'm getting a PayPal processing error. Admittedly it's for GBP 0.31 which might be below a PayPal limit, could that be it? I've reported to the help desk, but not heard back yet, so trying here in meantime. I don't want to do PayPal directly, as the recipient will be charged fees. Last resort is I buy the parts again and then send onto him. Thanks in advance.
