It's not uncommon to have missing parts from a factory sealed set... It's
not common either but it has happened twice to me with

(missing 5
of the slopes on the turret). And

5975 Parts, 28 Minifigures, 2018
Sets: Harry Potter: Sculptures
(missing some of the long pieces that go
in the rafters of the dining hall).

If it's a new or relatively recent set, you can try reaching out to LEGO
to see if they'll send you the pieces, but you'll still need to figure
out how to deal with the store.

[...] Only if the sets were New & Sealed. Otherwise, especially if the sets were Used, it’s the sole responsibility of the seller.
