We have a serious problem with some information papers. Sometimes they are identified as book and sometimes as instructions. I think it is better to consider them as book if it includes information about how one can use a motor,... and a paper if it includes information on how to safely use a battery box,... in various sets. Both of these came in language variations. For example the book of 103-1 came in 14 language variations! I think we need to mark the instructions for delete and add them as book or paper information to the inventory of their appropriate sets. Otherwise it takes years and maybe forever to resolve this situation, as mentioned here. https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1352353
