I see you're charging everyone 13% HST, but making a note in the terms "If
you live in a province with less sales tax you may want to change the shipping
method to "Request Invoice" and we will apply the correct sales tax for
your Province.".
The only province 13% HST applies to is Ontario, but your store is in AB. I'm
sure you're aware it isn't legal to collect sales tax beyond what is
required, so I hope/assume you've refunded all overages collected, even if
they didn't select Request an Invoice. This is why the tax tables are important
and why instant checkout isn't great for Canadian sellers/buyers at the moment.

I hope you are not assuming that I don't do that. 
I'm actually happy that I can manage the tax myself instead of BL forcing
me to do it their way. Less communist this way.
