Russell reached out to me about a month ago saying they're no longer doing
that as they're not required to (but could voluntarily do it should they
wish in the future of course). I asked if they could implement the sales tax
field (as The Piece River requested) until (if) they implement marketplace taxes.
No news yet if they'll give us access to the field and tax tables.

Rip but thanks for the heads up, if not required I wonder why every other marketplace
like eBay and Amazon implemented it but hopefully we can at least one day get
a tax field and table so we can one day have instant checkout
