On july 27 an puyer (is also registered as seller) with 1 feedback (so fairly new) placed a small order. I send him an invoice that day. On augus 1 (he had not payed yet) in mailed him an reminder. He did not respond or pay. On august 4 I send him an email with the second reminder. He still did not pay or respond. Today, august 6 I send him a new invoice and a last reminder. After that he first send me a Order cancel Request an right after that an NSS. Besides the fact that it is pretty brutal in my opinion, I find it very remarkable that Bricklink makes it possible for a buyer to issue an NSS on an unpaid order. Can someone explain that to me?
