I can understand the need to have a bypass password for some orders BUT I can see it only being useful if the store(s) in question are using instant checkout. Why not turn off the need for a bypass password for any stores that are not using instant checkout since they are going to need to manually send an invoice/calculate shipping anyways. It would help reduce the restriction errors buy quite a bit and help sellers by not making them wonder why their sales have dropped off suddenly.
