I suggested this in the past with little to no response but I would like to be able to have a different minimum order threshold settings for domestic and international orders. Personally I'm tired of having small value orders that have high shipping rates eat into my paypal limit. Even the cheapest international shipping price isn't so cheap anymore. If I get bashed for being a cheapskate so be it, but I'd like to get everybody else's input on this too.
