Now 14395 is noted as alternative number for 2339. But there's a difference
between the items. Walls forming the arch of 14395 are thinner, there also a
reinforcement in the transversal walls inside the arch. As consequence, it's
impossible to fix a stud inside the arch because the gap is to large.

So 14395 is a mold variant that need is own entry I think.

I don't know how to do that because it's now impossible to create a new
one under 14395. How am I suppose to proceed?

We would only split this catalog entry if the connection point you are talking
about is used as a legal building method in at least one official LEGO set. Unfortunately,
the catalog team does not have the time to look through all of the sets that
use this part. Therefore, if you can find an official set that uses this building
technique with part 2339, please let us know, otherwise the catalog entry will
remain as it is.

Cheers,
Randy
