Hi I had an order, where if removed a couple of sets the shipping would get cheaper. I did like normal do, but now buyer says he didnt get cancelation email nor does it say anything in his order and massage screens. Also if I try to remove again, it say it is already in process. Any ideas to get moving . BR Niels

Sounds like the buyer needs to accept the item removal request. (Unfortunately I don’t remember how it’s done as it’s confusing) (14 days ago, May 15, 2024, to Help)

If they haven't paid yet, they should be able to approve your removal request at (URL) (13 days ago, May 15, 2024, to Help)
