This is why I really don't like just posting positive feedback until the transaction is complete, but knowing I can go back and change it later is reassuring. I had a bizarre exchange with a buyer this week (after leaving feedback but before shipping) and after two hours of back and forth they realized they were talking to the wrong store about a different order.
