This would close the order as "Completed" while it wasn't meant If the buyer has left feedback prior to item being received/shipped then that would be a bit silly and they are in no better position regardless of whether the order has been completed or not! I've come to the conclusion that you are the type of person who just likes to disagree for the sake of disagreeing only your counter arguments rarely ever seem to have any substance or make any sense?
