Hi everyone, Here is an idea as I received all of my neutral feedbacks because the buyer never contacted me prior to leaving feedback for a small mistake I made in an order and never gave me the chance to make it right. Not sure how that would be done, but here is my idea : before a buyer can leave a neutral or negative feedback, there must be a mandatory step of contacting the buyer to discuss the issue first. I'm sure lots of sellers are in the same position as me and lots of buyers think the feedback system is just as an amazon or facebook system. You buy, you're happy / not happy and you leave feedback. Especially for the new buyers. What do you think ? Thanks for reading.
