Me and my friends were sifting through an old box filled with legos and lego
mini figures and happened upon this white Lady Liberty mini figure. When I looked
online all that came up was keychains, but this mini figure doesn’t have a hole
in the headpiece for a keychain ring to fit through. What could this be?

Are you certain it's Lego?

Does it have a smooth rounded skirt piece rather than a LEGO piece? I bought
one like this years ago, they aren't LEGO.
