In LEGO products, Dhobeck writes:

So, do you believe it is the ink from the instructions? Do you feel it is possible
to be cleaned off without damaging the printing?

Tested on tile and while I could remove some most of it was still there after
10ish minutes of erasing/rubbing. With that in mind I might be able to but at
that point I would have to list it as used and put a warning on it

This is really unfortunate. I wonder if the change in packaging has anything
to do with this. Poly bags really didn't allow for much jostling, the boxes
seem to rattle quite a bit.

Also, it is refreshing to see a new seller so conscientious about doing things

I do my best. I’ll be contacting Lego sometime later today though and we’ll see
what happens
