  I have gotten 1 minute blocks back when I was least favoriting 10,000 stores (at 9,653 right now), because I was loading stores so fast.

Is there a reason for doing that?

If he buys a lot then I suppose it least favorites open stores that have prices
over the average so that the Easy Buy page works better for him.
