There is no known maximum.
Apart if assorted with NPBs - as we all know.

I get the impression some sellers leave "NPB" as feedback but without
actually filing one.

I don't know.

Or... some (like me) use a generic text for feedbacks, and some have set "NPB"
in the text of all their negatives?

I must admit, it doesn't help in this case
