| Hi everybody,
I understand that alternate lots represent different production runs, but I recently
stumbled on a used set that has the correct amount of a part, albeit both regular
mold and alternate mold parts are featured.
Is this mix-and-match considered valid to sell the set on BrickLink or do I have
to have only parts from the regular or the alternate mold?
Thank you in advance!

I have purchased new sets that have both the regular and alternate parts so I
expect used is fine.

Many brand-new sets during part transition periods come with a random assortment
of variants, so used sets can contain any combination of alternate parts as long
as the part total is correct.
Cheers,
