See the note ...
"The power adapters in this inventory have also been listed in the Extra
Items section since they were only included in certain markets."
It should be added as an extra like the other three transformers.

Correct.
You can add it as extra part to the inventory by submitting an Inventory Change
Request.

I am attempting to do this but on entering the data it returns some error
