Hi all,

Can anyone identify this part from the Animal Crossing LEGO teaser trailer? The
one used as the base of the trees in the video - see attached picture.

I thought maybe it was a reddish Brown version of 84867 Legs with Plate Round
2 x 2 and Axle Hole but it doesn't quite match. The part shown is definitely
a brick, not a plate and doesn't quite match the shape of 84867.

Any ideas? I'm stumped (if you pardon the pun ).

Thanks for your help!
- Ant

Hi Ant,

Are you sure that's real lego? If it's computer animated, it may not
even be real lego. Or, perhaps it's a new part.

Hope that helps!

Hey wildchicken.

I'm assuming it's real lego because it's part of the official LEGO
teaser trailer for the Animal Crossing series. I reckon you're right, it's
probably a completely new piece. We'll see!

Is there a way that 4 #49668 fit under a 3941?

Part No: 49668 Name: Plate, Modified 1 x 1 with Tooth Horizontal
*
49668 Plate, Modified 1 x 1 with Tooth Horizontal
Parts: Plate, Modified {Reddish Brown}

Part No: 3941 Name: Brick, Round 2 x 2 with Axle Hole
*
3941 Brick, Round 2 x 2 with Axle Hole
Parts: Brick, Round {Reddish Brown}

Nope, not this way.  They would need to be round plates.

And it seems that new(?) part is thicker and shorter, in a word: rounder.  But
then, the image seems a bit stretched vertically.

That new part makes me think of carpet slippers….

The official set images for the Animal Crossing sets clearly show this as a new
part.

Even the real life photos shows the bottom trunk piece as 3D printed.
