| Part number 61678pb177 from set 8214 is on a blue 4 x 1 slope, curved. When looking
at the set in the catalog the sticker is on a blue 3 x 1 slope, curved. I have
the sticker on a 3 x 1 in front of me here so I am not sure if it was added to
the catalog incorrectly or if the original owner put the sticker on the wrong
piece. Also part number 4162pb117 from that same set is being deleted as the
sticker is supposed to be on a 1 x 6 tile which is what I have in front of me
but I can not find a part in the catalog for the 1 x 6 tile. If anyone could
help that would be great.

is a proper stickered counterpart for the set. The instructions (Book 1, Page
44) show the sticker being applied to a blue Slope, Curved 4 x 1 on the rear
bumper of the car (see image).
The same sticker that is applied to the blue Slope, Curved 3 x 1 on the front
of the car is not in the catalog.
If you would like to add either one or both of the parts you have to the catalog,
please follow the information here:

That stickered counterpart will need "left" or "right" variations,
as appropriate for it's position in the instructions, as there are two ways
that the slope of the curve can face with the sticker being applied to it. If
someone applies the sticker on the wrong side of the curved slope that can cause
issues for anyone listing it.
Currently, the sticker could be considered correct if the slope traverses left
from top of curve to bottom. The part should be oriented correctly to reflect
this. Submitters should always ensure that the slope faces in the proper direction
when submitting images.
Just my observations.
Cheers ...
