When i check the feedback, it says you have ordered something and did not pay
for that order. So the seller opened a NPB (Non-paying-buyer) and also closed
it.
In this case you have to deal with that feedback.

How can I deal with that feed back?

You cannot. You ordered and didn't pay. The seller has warned other people
that you did not pay for the order you placed in his store.

As you have a negative score, you will be banned from buying from many stores
that disallow buyers with negative feedback. You will have to find a store that
allows negative buyers and hope they leave a feedback for you to get you back
to zero.

Bricklink is a relationship, just like any relationship between 2 people. Communication
is the key to any relationship.

I do not know what transpired between you and the store that left you the negative
feedback.

Here are some DO's when placing an order on Bricklink.
1) Read the TERMS & conditions.

2) Look at the feedback score of the store and read it to see what other people
had to say.

3) If the store does not have instant checkout, use the QUOTE feature found on
the last page of the checkout process. The seller will send you a quote for the
total of the order you wish to place, and you will not be contractually obligated
to place the order because you can choose to cancel.

4) If a store does not have instant checkout set up AND does not have the quote
feature, you can contact the store and ask them what it may cost if you have
a weight. I personally will not shop at a store that does not have 1 of these
2 features.

5) Leave feedback after you have received your order and reviewed it. Also mark
the order as complete if there are no problems.

6) Communication!!!!

A couple of DONTS

1) Don't ever forget you have placed an order because eventually the store
will file an NPB (non-paying buyer), and you will get negative feedback for this.

2) Don't forget to communicate with your seller. Be polite and courteous.
Use the forum for help!

3) Don't go rushing to conclusions if something goes wrong with an order
you have placed. STOP and think it through and then communicate with your seller
calmly so they can help you solve the issue.

You can contact the seller you didn't pay, apologizing, asking him/her to
allow you to order the same order, which this time you pay.
When the seller agrees and all goes well, he might consider the negative feedback.
But I advise to be very polite and humble, as it doesn't leave a good impression
when you just go around placing orders and not paying them (without even bothering
communicating to the seller, it seems).

It's too late. The negative feedback was over five months ago. It cannot
be removed by the seller.

It wouldn't surprise me if the seller had already stoplisted the non-paying
buyer to stop them placing another order - as then the non-buyer could place
an order and leave their own negative feedback as revenge.
