is listed as either "M" / "W", but in my opinion this is only
the "M"
This part:
is also listed as either "M" / "W", but in my opinion this is

These are not the same, the "M" has a full length middle leg, while the
"W" does not go full length.
One could make an argument for the other way around, but I think the first entry
is an "M" only, and the second a "W" only.
I have 17 of these, all 12 that I would call "M" have no internal lining,
and all the "W" do.
In addition, if someone likes /wants to upload items to the catalog, I will happily
send them ~20 Modulex bricks, currently not in the catalog, for free (US only,
other countries will get them free too, but you'll have to pay postage).
You get the keep the bricks of course. I can also send an "M" and a "W".

Hi Paul,
I added a lot of the Modulex entries to the catalog ... a long time ago! (including
these)
This is a difference in a change in the font over time. I have a massive amount
of these letters and the ones with no internal lining are the older original
ones and there is only one type that was for M and W. The font changed slightly
when the bricks with the lining were introduced.
I don't think you will ever get the first type with a lining, or the second
type without one (if that is al all clear!) so there isn't a need for a new
entry.
I will be sorting through my entire Modulex collection this year and know I have
quite a lot more to add to the catalog, so would be happy to add your to my list
to do if they have not already found a home.
I am in the UK, but will place an order in your store some time soon for some
things to add to my collection, so you can add these to my order if still available.
Thanks,
Darren (Gizmocom)
