I will need more time to check this request. My Instruction map doesn't have
this one anymore, so I'm afraid I sold this set. You could share this high

As I remember some instructions from that period showed mistakes. I just wonder
because I confirmed this inventory. Of course I can also have made a mistake

First: I know that picture aren't the best way of doing this.
The picture on LUGNET support those changes.
The picture, instructions and Catalog (1966 not 1965) on Peeron are to low quality
to use in this case. Its the same for Rebrickable and Brickset.
I wonder if the release year arent wrong to, the 1965 Catalog on Peeron dosent
show the set but the 1966 does.

What I meant was if you build the set, because the roof bricks below the top
are very hard to distinguish by instructions, so is the rest of the build. If
something is wrong from the bottom up, the top of the roof might not fit either.
So far you were only talking about the instructions. Now you are saying that
you completed a used set, so I guess you build it and checked the whole set and
not just the top of the roof by instructions.
I checked the roof (on front) by instructions counting studs and given the fact
that you actually build the set and the total of studs of the roof top remains
the same with these changes, I will approve the request. Guess my first build
of this set was done by an online instruction and I didn't check it again
when I received a complete set. I regret I sold it

My change request is only for the top of the roof, where you can tell exactly
how long each brick is from the instructions scan I posted. You'll note that
the total length of the roof peak is the same before and after my changes, it's
just made up of different slopes. The back of the lower roof and parts of the
back red wall are not shown well even in the instructions, so I cannot be certain
about those even after building it. But for the peak, the scan is clear.
It is possible that the set originally came with quantities of slopes that didn't
match the instructions. But we would have no way of knowing this without opening
a New set, so it seems odd to just assume they don't match.
