Was looking to add an item, but color is not listed. I submitted a ticket and
it appears to be rejected. Was this done incorrectly?

Item# 29602pb01 is now in Medium Nougat, available off BAM wall.

you should be able to just list the part as the new colour (click add to inventory
like normal but then from the dropdown of colours select the new colour.) and
upload a new image to the catalogue here

In addition to the answer that was already given, there are dummie set catalog
entries for PaB and BAM parts. You can submit an inventory change request to
add this to the appropriate dummie set if you want to make this show up as a
known color.
