Not sure how to put in a request for a change. I have been ordering bulk Pearl
Gold pieces. They seem to come in 2 different versions. One is the flat gold
I expect. The other is more of a non shiny metallic look that is a darker gold.
I'm new to the site when it comes to submitting possible changes. I uploaded
a pic and the difference is significant. This has also happened with othe pearl
gold pieces. I don't know if it needs a sub number or what. I ordered 88
and 8 look completely different. Thanks.

It’s the same colour just an unintended variation released by LEGO. I’ve received
both variations in the same brand new set before

LEGO does not distinguish between their wide variety of Pearl Gold colors so
we really don't either. Always ask your seller first if you have a strong
preference for the lighter or darker version for your project.

You can really see the color difficulties here but all the same color theme.
I especially come across this with this color a lot.
