You first have to add the stickered counter part to the catalogue and once it’s
approved (can often take up to half a year) then you can submit an inventory
change request to add the new part.

The correct procedure to add stickered Counterparts to BrickLink and a set inventory
is as follows:

(1) Add the stickered parts to the BrickLink catalog:

(2) Add images to the BrickLink catalog for the stickered parts:

(3) Fill out an Inventory Change Request to add the stickered parts to the set
inventory after they are approved by a Catalog Associate or Catalog Administrator:
