I have the bicycle helmet with hair part from the skate park set, but it has
a new part number of 76417 molded in. So please add an alternate item number
for this part. Original Item #: 54647pb03.

I can confirm this, however, the new number is 76416. My set

has the old part and I've found the new one in

I cannot see any important difference between both molds.
