Just wondering why this item is not classified as a Set instead of Gear?

I have written a script to retrieve prices and this item threw a spanner in the
works as everything else was considered a Set.

Originally because it was a board game, but I think a lot of things like this
were changed to sets and maybe this can be too.

Historically, all kits that were considered games et al were listed as Gear.

This game that was formally considered a Gear item has been transferred over
to a Set item.
