Over a month ago, Bricklink blocked us from their website, because we were taking
statistical data from the store ranking list to put on our personal excel spreadsheets.
We have sent multiple emails to Bricklink, asking to resolve this issue and
we have yet to receive any replies to our requests. Also, our service provider
cannot change our IP address and resetting our router also does not change our
IP. We need this resolved soon. Does anyone know how we can contact Bricklink
by phone, or how we can fix this problem?

Did you receive a confirmation of your Help desk inquiry with a ticket number?
We are seeing evidence recently that some tickets are not getting through.

Didn't get blocked from using the API. was just using excel to pull some
of the store ranking list. My guess is I pulled to much in the amount of time
allowed so to BL it looked like a cyber attack.

No, it's a question of excessive number of queries, server load, etc.
See BL Terms?

I guess if it's minor, your IP will be unbanned tomorrow after BrickLink
midnight 00:00 EDT, in 5+ hours.

He was blocked a month ago, why do you think tomorrow will be the magic day he
can get back on the site?

Didn't know, but this is why I wrote exactly "if it's minor".

If it's a month ban, then it's not minor, or they have so few time that
they don't consider it's a priority to unban him

  Hi all,

I have photos for the stickered parts for set

Set No: 76155 Name: In Arishem’s Shadow
*
76155-1 (Inv) In Arishem’s Shadow
477 Parts, 4 Minifigures, 2021
Sets: Super Heroes: Eternals
that I want to add to the catalogue, however I'm not familiar with the Eternals
movie, so not too sure how to describe the patterns.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Steve

These are tricky! According to online: "Arishem is a being made of pure cosmic
energy..." So, I would describe the pinkish stuff as energy veins and the
rest as muscles/sinew.

The sand green one is from a Deviant Bat similar to this one:

Part No: 11477pb129 Name: Slope, Curved 2 x 1 x 2/3 with Dark Red and Dark Turquoise Skin Pattern (Sticker) - Set 76145
*
11477pb129 Slope, Curved 2 x 1 x 2/3 with Dark Red and Dark Turquoise Skin Pattern (Sticker) - Set 76145
Parts: Slope, Curved, Decorated

Good luck!

I just looked through the Reddish Brown decorated minifigure legs list & these
legs don't show up, I'm assuming it's either a custom printed piece
or fake Lego as a whole

These look dark red to me.

Thankyou to all who have helped 👋🤗
