Minifig No: hp309 Name: Professor Gilderoy Lockhart - Nougat Torso and Legs
*
hp309 (Inv) Professor Gilderoy Lockhart - Nougat Torso and Legs
Minifigures: Harry Potter
has light nougat hands, nougat arms, and medium nougat hair. I have
one of him on my desk, holding a dark nougat wand.

Nougat is a pretty orange color, but I don't think you'd mistake them.

Hey guys. Not sure where else to post this query, but has anyone noticed that
"Nougat Arms" left and right are actually orange? Is this a known issue?
In one photo on the catalog they look orange. When you click the photo, they
look Nougat. I placed an order recently from a fellow Canuck, and received arms
that definitely looked more orange than nougat. Is this a known issue?

I've illustrated the issue with this crappy photo, but you see what I'm
getting at.

Are those nougat hands? They look more like light nougat, but all of this is
very hard to tell on a camera phone.

No, it's a question of excessive number of queries, server load, etc.
See BL Terms?

I guess if it's minor, your IP will be unbanned tomorrow after BrickLink
midnight 00:00 EDT, in 5+ hours.

But, how then did you post this?

I assume they were blocked from using the API. They still have buying and selling
privileges.

Oh OK, but then, did they read the API Terms?
I'd say no.

Over a month ago, Bricklink blocked us from their website, because we were taking
statistical data from the store ranking list to put on our personal excel spreadsheets.
We have sent multiple emails to Bricklink, asking to resolve this issue and
we have yet to receive any replies to our requests. Also, our service provider
cannot change our IP address and resetting our router also does not change our
IP. We need this resolved soon. Does anyone know how we can contact Bricklink
by phone, or how we can fix this problem?

I've had reasons to contact BL in the past, and found it near impossible
to contact anyone who actually works for BL. They want you to use the "Community"
resource, good luck. (credit where credits due, the "Community" does
help sometimes, just a bummer to rely on complete strangers for technical BL
help instead of the company, but that's what it is.)
