If I reserve an item for another user and I want to see it in my store it says
that the item is not available.
It would be nice to see it displayed with additional note that it is reserved
for user xzy. Of course this item would only be display for store owner.

You will still see it in your inventory. Just select "My Inventory" from the
drop-down, enter the set number and go. You'll see it and there will be a
checkmark showing it is reserved and who it is reserved for.
