The x definitely looks like the quantity is being multiplied and each 1 ordered is a package of that amount. Of course the number is more than just a minimum but if they tried to order 15 they get a detailed message asking to order in multiples of 10. And it would clear up the confusion where things like wheels are ordered in 2s or 4s But what do we know, we use this site every day. What Bricklink really needs to do is ask the customers (especially new customers) what they think
