When a listing gets reported and action "from the above" not yet taken, highlight that listing (in-store) in red and/or place a WARNING Icon next to it. This way potential buyers will be aware that there is potentially something wrong with that listing, and pay some attention to the extended description (which is usually the reason why listings get reported). This would open the gates for abusive reporting, but it is possible to put some safeguards for that if you really want.
