This is really a violation of the TOS for Paypal not BL, however, it's certainly not a practice we want to see here on BL. If you come across a seller doing this, please notify Admin through the help desk with the details so we can address these issues directly. The account will be suspended, they will be told that this practice is not acceptable, and will need to remove this information from their store to get it reactivated. Thanks Amanda CS Team
