On pages such as this: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=32174 you should be able to click on a colour under "On Wanted Lists" to add it to your wanted list thereby bringing up the normal "Add Items to My Wanted List: Add Parts" screen, but with the color already selected.
